TAIL WAGGIN' DOG BISCUITS
I'm the most popular person in the house with Murphy, the snack-happy
corgi, when I cook these up. They're also fun to shape using small
cookie cutters. Then, wrap up and treat other dogs, too.
Yields--4 dozen
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 cup rye flour
1 cup oats
1 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 cup Mazola oil
14 ounces beef or chicken broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients.
Roll out and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake for 20 minutes.

BACON & EGG BISCUITS FOR DOGS ONLY
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup bacon (cooked); about 4-5 strips
1 cup scrambled eggs; about 3-4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine flour, cornmeal and salt in large bowl. Mix.
Add cooked bacon, cooked eggs, oil and water.
Mix.
Roll dough out on lightly-floured surface to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits
with cookie cutter.
Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 5-15 minutes for small (1Ó) biscuits or 30-35 minutes for large (3Ó) biscuits.
Remove from oven and cool.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
