FRENCH BREAD TOAST Crispy
on the outside, creamy on the inside. To prepare this breakfast treat
ahead, just cover and refrigerate overnight. Recipe can be doubled or
tripled depending on need.

2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup Whipping cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp sweet butter Directions
Arrange bread in single layer in a shallow baking pan
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, then beat in sugar, cream, milk, vanilla, and salt.
Pour egg mixture over bread, coat slices evenly on both sides. Set aside for ten minutes
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When butter sizzles, add bread slices. Do not crowd pan
When underside is golden brown (5-10) minutes, turn over to cook other side. Cook slowly so bread exterior
