Cyberchef Recipe Exchange: Appetizers
QUICK SEAFOOD DIP
Easy to prepare and delicious
to eat
Yields--serves 4-6
Ingredients
2 can of Tuna (white or pink)
6 ounce cream cheese, softened (flavored is good too)
6
ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
3 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix together all ingredients and spread into a greased small pie plate.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and old bay seasoning. Bake @ 350 until
cheese is melted.
Serve with crackers or pita bread.

BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL
This is an easy-to-fix appetizer that's always been a favorite with my
family.
Yields--serves 12.
Ingredients
8 ounces Braunschweiger
2-6 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix together all ingredients; leave out a little cream cheese; form into
a ball.
Frost outside of ball with cream cheese.
Chill.
Serve with crackers.

SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Ingredients
1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
4 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick or Pioneer)
1 pound sausage
Directions
Have ingredients at room temperature.
With hands, mix well.
Form into wall-sized balls, pressing firmly together.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Tip--may be frozen before baking.
